Connected data and early warning
Combine information from student information and assessment systems. Configurable thresholds and district-wide filters help teams identify changes that warrant review, with nightly updates from connected sources.

CONNECTED DATA & MTSS
Connects academic, attendance, behavior, and wellness data in one view. School teams can identify students needing support, coordinate MTSS interventions, and track progress while reducing manual data collection across separate systems.

THE PURPOSE
Parthion brings existing academic, attendance, behavior, and wellness data into a shared view. Its role extends from identifying students who may need support to assigning interventions, monitoring delivery, and managing related documentation. The aim is to reduce manual collection and help school teams work from the same information.

WHAT’S INCLUDED
Combine information from student information and assessment systems. Configurable thresholds and district-wide filters help teams identify changes that warrant review, with nightly updates from connected sources.
Connect identified needs with intervention plans, assign staff, and document implementation. Teams can organize support across tiers and keep responsibilities visible as students move through the process.
Track student growth against goals alongside whether the intended intervention is being delivered. Trend information helps teams consider what to continue, adjust, or review more closely.
The IEP Sandbox can generate recommendations for present levels, goals, services, and accommodations, with each recommendation traceable to source information. A person reviews and accepts or rejects the recommendations.
Teachers, counselors, interventionists, case managers, and district leaders work with views relevant to their responsibilities. The platform connects their work within a shared student-support process.
Parthion offers on-site, virtual, and hybrid professional development covering MTSS foundations, leadership, tiered supports, special populations, literacy, operations, and platform use. A sequence can be shaped around district priorities.
IN YOUR SCHOOL
Identify and validate the data sources your district already uses.
Align roles, templates, thresholds, and MTSS terminology with your district’s work.
Train the people who will review information, deliver interventions, and maintain documentation.
Monitor student progress and implementation, then adjust workflows and supports as needed.
RESEARCH & APPROACH
Parthion uses categories of information districts already collect, such as attendance, grades, discipline records, assessments, and intervention information. It aggregates and organizes these sources; a platform recommendation does not replace the team’s responsibility to interpret context and make decisions.
The provider describes district-isolated data, encryption, role-based permissions, audit logs, and SOC 2 Type II testing and attestation. It states that student data is not sold or used to train external AI models. Districts control the information shared and the access provided.
Implementation includes data mapping, workflow configuration, role-specific training, and provider support. K12 Wellness can help coordinate a review of your data sources, staffing, and documentation requirements, including whether the early-warning system, IEP Sandbox, or combined platform is the right fit.
Ask about the research and implementationCOMMON QUESTIONS
Its core role is to connect information from existing systems with student-support workflows. Specific connections, data fields, and responsibilities are reviewed during implementation.
Parthion primarily aggregates data and coordinates support. It can use assessment results alongside attendance, academic, behavior, and wellness information already collected by the district.
The IEP Sandbox provides recommendations tied to source information. A person reviews and accepts or rejects each recommendation; educator judgment remains central.
The provider offers the early-warning system and IEP Sandbox individually as well as within the broader platform. Scope and professional learning can be reviewed around your team’s needs.
